1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and judi888 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This document governs your access to and use of the website, application, and all services provided by judi888.

2Member Eligibility

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) judi888 account only. Holding multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as stated on your identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• A valid and active email address.
• A valid and active Malaysian mobile number.
• Accurate date of birth for age verification.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. judi888 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

A Know Your Customer (KYC) process may be required prior to your first withdrawal or when judi888 needs to verify your identity. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or recent proof of address.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Judi888 only accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) via approved Malaysian payment methods. All financial transactions must use payment methods registered under the same member's name.

Withdrawals will be processed to the Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. Standard withdrawal processing takes 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 may require additional verification and can take up to 24 business hours.

5Bonus & Promotions

Judi888 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including the Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and special promotions for Sports Betting and casino. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Rollover requirement: Every bonus must be rolled over by the specified multiplier before a withdrawal can be made. The exact rollover requirement will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Validity period: Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.

6Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets on judi888 are subject to general rules and the specific rules applicable to each sport. The following general principles apply to all bets:

• Bets placed cannot be cancelled except in situations expressly provided for under judi888 rules.
• Judi888 reserves the right to void or adjust bets in the event of a manifest technical error in the odds display.
• For postponed or cancelled matches, all bets will be deemed void and stakes refunded unless otherwise stated.
• Betting winnings are credited to your account within 30 minutes of the official result being announced.
• Accumulator bets are only valid if all legs of the bet are considered valid.

For football betting on the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, and other leagues, the official result used is the score after 90 minutes or the time determined by the relevant governing body, excluding extra time or penalties unless otherwise stated in the relevant market.

7Casino Games & Table Games

All casino games on judi888 — including slots, Live Casino (Blackjack, Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo), Roulette, and other table games — use a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer system that has been audited and certified by independent third parties to ensure fairness and transparency.

The outcome of all games is final once the round is complete. In the event of a technical disruption during play, judi888 will rely on server records to determine a fair result. If the records are insufficient to determine an outcome, the bet will be returned to the member.

8Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

Judi888 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, hacking, and any form of platform abuse. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action without notice:

• Registering more than one account in any form or capacity.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or operate the platform.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes (collusion).
• Use of credit cards or payment methods that are borrowed or stolen.
• Any money laundering activity conducted through a judi888 account.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.

Judi888 cooperates fully with Malaysian authorities and financial institutions in investigations relating to fraud or illegal activity. Any winnings or balances obtained through illegitimate means will be forfeited in full.

9Account Termination & Suspension

Judi888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Requests by relevant legal or regulatory authorities.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the judi888 support team. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned to the original payment method within 5 business days, subject to the completion of all outstanding rollover requirements.

10Limitation of Liability

Judi888 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to:

• Service interruptions or failures due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses arising from betting or gaming outcomes.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals not caused by judi888's negligence.
• Losses arising from unauthorised use of a member's account due to the member's own negligence.

Judi888's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Responsible Betting
